In addition, Massie has seen a boost in recruitment and onboarding efforts since highlighting his company bonuses and handbook benefits in Palolo. “It’s just so much easier for our employees to see these main hitting incentives in the Palolo app versus a 50-page policy procedure manual. If we’re trying to sell someone to join our team, that’s a great way to do it.”
