Our Perks (with a capital P 🤓) is the name we give our financial benefits. Our core set of Perks are uniquely paycheck-powered, allowing us to offer personalized benefits to each employee, and eliminating the need for lengthy applications and admin work.
Outside of our paycheck-powered products, we also offer other Perks that are tailored to you and your employer. Employees using Exhale can find all of their Perks right in the Exhale app.

No, not that one. Exhale’s My Pay makes it easy to access to your earned pay whenever you need it, at no charge, so you can stay on top of expenses and better manage your budget.
Exhale dynamically determines how much pay you can access each day, based on your paycheck history and other Perks you’re using. This ensures you always have enough to deposit when payday rolls around.
Unlike other earned wage access services, My Pay is free to use. There are no hidden fees and no transaction fees. We’re able to do this because we partner directly with employers who understand the importance of investing in their employees’ financial health.
An emergency vet visit, a flat tire, last minute travel expenses….we know, life happens. We also know it can be hard to ask a manager or employer for a pay advance. But the alternative is even worse: taking out a payday loan can lead to compounding interest and debt.
